摘要
2010年10月3日,德国迎来统一20周年。德国从分裂走向统一,共历经四个阶段,其实现统一的一个重要特点是西德能够抓住历史机遇,积极创造条件,完成统一。尽管中国的统一问题与德国的统一问题有着本质不同,但西德在推进国家统一时,所采取的一些作法,对两岸关系和平发展有重要的启示作用。自2008年5月以来,两岸关系实现了历史性转折,迎来了和平发展的机遇期。根据德国统一的历史经验,两岸应在坚持"两岸同属一个中国"框架的基础上,抓住当前的历史机遇,创造条件,签署和平协议,同时走合作型统一模式之路。
It was the 20^(th)anniversary of German unification on October 3^(rd),2010. Germany experienced four stages from division to unification.One of important characteristics of German unification is that the FRG could grasp the historic opportunity,creating the condition actively and realizing national reunification. Although the nature of Chinese unification is different from that of German unification,some actions,taken by the FRG in the process of national unification,have important enlightenments to the peaceful development of Cross-Straits relations.Since May 2008,the Cross-Straits relations has realized historical shift,ushering in an important period of opportunity for Cross-Straits peaceful development.According to the experience of German unification, China's Mainland and Taiwan should insist on the framework that the two sides belong to one China,grasping the historic opportunity,creating the condition, signing the peaceful agreement,and following the cooperation mode of unification.
