摘要
目的:观察针灸结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症找到更有效的方法。方法:将患者随机分为实验组(60例),参照组(20例),实验组取脊柱两旁的阿是穴配环跳、承扶、等穴针灸,外加使用牵引治疗,参照组使用牵引治疗,两组均用相同方法牵引。结果:实验组有效率96.67%,优于参照组60%,组间比较统计分析,两组有显著性差异,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,说明针灸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症有明显疗效。结论:针灸配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效,临床可进行推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture plus traction to find a better effective method for lumbar disc herniation clinical treatment. Methods： Randomly divided patients into treatment group （n=60）, control group （n=20）, the observation group treated by acupuncture Ashi, Chengfu and other points in both sides of the spine plus traction, the control group treated with traction, both group with same traction methods. Results： In the treatment group the efficient rate was 96.67% better than control group＇s 60%, statistical analysis between two groups, there was a significant difference, （P〈0.05）, had statistically significant, this explained that treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture plus traction made a better effect. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture plus traction should be widely promoted.
