摘要
目的探讨了慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并左心衰竭的诊治情况。方法对笔者所在医院在2009年1月～2010年3月收治的95例COPD合并左心衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本组治疗的总有效率为87.4%,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的治疗总有效率分别为100%、92.8%和74.3%,统计后发现Ⅲ级患者总有效率与Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论若能及早诊断出左心衰竭的发生,必能改善患者的预后情况。
Objective To observe the diagnosis and treatment of COPD complicated by Left ventricular failure. Methods The clinical materials of 95 cases of COPD complicated hy LVF were reviewed and analyzed from Jan. 2009 to Mar. 2010. Results The total effective rate of our group was 87.4%, which was 100% in group Ⅰ , was 92.8% in group Ⅱ, was 74. 3% in group Ⅲ. There had statistical difference between In and Ⅰ , Ⅱ（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early diagnosis of COPD complicated by LVF had apparent clinical effects for prognosis
