摘要
采用电镀法对石墨粉表面进行了镀镍。采用正交试验的方法研究了镀镍过程中阴极电流密度、搅拌间隔时间、润湿剂加入量和吸附剂加入量对石墨粉镀镍效率的影响,并对结果进行了方差分析和信噪比分析,以选取镀镍效率高且稳定的工艺组合。用镀镍石墨粉在浓硝酸中充分腐蚀前后的质量差计算镀镍石墨粉中镍的含量,并以此表征镀镍效率。试验结果表明:吸附剂加入量、润湿剂加入量、阴极电流密度以及搅拌间隔时间对石墨粉镀镍效率都有非常显著的影响,对方差的贡献率分别是45.27%、27.79%、13.45%、7.09%;最佳镀镍工艺为阴极电流密度2.5 A/dm2、搅拌间隔时间4 min、润湿剂加入量为0.10g/L、吸附剂加入量为5 g/L。
Graphite particles were coated with nickel by electroplating method.The effects of cathode-current density,stirring time interval,wetting agent amount and adsorbent amount were studied by orthogonal experimental method,and then the results were analyzed by variance analysis and signal/noise ratio to select the best process combination.After electroplating graphite particles were intensively corroded in concentrated nitric acid and nickel content was obtained by calculating the mass difference before and after corrosion,in order to characterize the efficiency of nickel electroplating.The results showed that,the four factors,including adsorbent amount,wetting agent amount,cathode-current density and stirring time interval,affected the results significantly.The contribution rates to the variance of the four factors were 45.27 %,27.79 %,13.45 %,7.09 %,respectively.The best process combination was current density 2.5 A/dm2,stirring time interval 4 min,wetting agent amount 0.10 g/L and adsorbent amount 5 g/L.
