摘要
根据Ag、Cu、Zn、Cd、Ni、Co、Mn等元素在钎料中的作用和特点,通过分析和选择,研发了一种新型钎料,并对其熔点、强度以及钎焊工艺进行了研究。结果表明:新开发的低银钎料ZB-1中的表面活性元素能显著降低液态钎料的表面张力,细化合金晶粒,延缓钎焊过程中钎料的氧化,在改善钎料润湿性的同时净化钎缝晶界,从而提高钎缝的抗拉强度,使其工艺性接近中高银钎料,可满足金刚石薄壁钻的使用要求。ZB-1钎焊时主要工艺参数为:钎焊温度为760~780℃,保温时间为20~25 s,适当的加热和冷却速率,钎焊后将工件放入200℃的炉中随炉冷却,可降低焊接应力。
According to the function and characteristics of Ag,Cu,Zn,Cd,Ni,Co,Mn,and based on the research of their melting point,strength and brazing process,the authors developed a low-silver brazing filler metal ZB-1 for diamond core drilling bit.The experiment results indicate that the surface active elements of the newly developed low-silver brazing filler can significantly reduce its surface tension,refine the filler metal grains,retard it to be oxidized,improve its wettability and clean the grain boundary,thereby improve its tensile strength.Its technology capability is close to that of medium/high silver brazing alloy,thus can meet the requirements of brazing diamond core drilling bit.The optimum technical parameters of ZB-1 are as follows: brazing temperature 760 ~ 780 ℃,holding time 20 ~ 25 s,and a suitable heating and cooling rate.After brazing,put the workpieces in the furnace of temperature 200 ℃ and let it cooling with the furnace to reduce the welding stress.
