摘要
目的探讨结、直肠切除术后给予缓泻剂及早期肠内营养支持的临床应用价值。方法将行结、直肠切除术的43例患者随机分为对照组(20例)和实验组(23例),对照组行常规术后处理,实验组常规术后处理基础上给予肠道缓泻剂,同时早期予以肠内营养支持。结果实验组23例患者顺利完成治疗,治愈出院,无吻合口瘘发生,对照组发生吻合口瘘2例。术后两组之间胃肠功能恢复、营养状况、平均住院时问等指标差异有统计学意义,而吻合口瘘等并发症的差异无统计学意义。结论结、直肠切除术后给予缓泻剂及早期肠内营养支持,安全、有效,可改善患者营养状况、促进胃肠功能恢复、缩短住院时间,而不增加术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of enteral nutrition and mild bulk laxative after colorectal resection. Methods A total of 43 patients who underwent colorectal resection were randomized into the experimental group( n = 23 )and the control group (n = 20). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods. Those in the experimental group were given early enteral nu- trition support and mild bulk laxative after the operation. Results All the patients in the experimental group were discharged in good condition with no occurrence of anastomosis leakage. Two patients developed anastomosis leakage in the control group. In addition, there was significant difference between the two groups in recovery of gastrointestinal function, nutritional status and hospital stay. Conclusion Application of early postoperative enteral nutrition support and mild bulk laxative is effective and safe in the patients after colorectal resection, improving the nutritional status, promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function and shortening hospital stay.
