摘要
文章针对目前成人高等教育存在的问题,运用人性化教学理论进行探讨与实践。
This article mainly talks about the reason why and how we should use humanity teaching method in adult educating and teaching management.This method overcomes the shortcomings of spoon-fed methods in all teaching courses and changes the thought that teaching only occurs during the stage of schooling.
