蒸压加气混凝土性能比较及微观分析 被引量:31

摘要 研究3种不同蒸压加气混凝土产品性能之间的差异,从而对加气混凝土的选用起到指导作用。通过对不同种类蒸压加气混凝土进行性能测试、X射线衍射分析及SEM微观观察,研究其力学性能、收缩性能、抗冻性能和水化产物,并分析其性能差异。结果表明:3种加气混凝土的力学性能、收缩性能不存在显著差异;砂加气混凝土的抗冻性能优于其它两种加气混凝土;3种加气混凝土的主要水化产物均为托勃莫来石,但是晶相形态存在差异。 By studying the properties difference among three different types of autoclaved aerated concrete and thus play a guiding role in the selection.Through performance tests and microanalysis,this paper compared and analyzed the mechanical properties,shrinkage properties,frost resistance and hydration products of different types of autoclaved aerated concrete.The results showed that there was no significant difference among three different types of autoclaved aerated concrete in physical and shrinkage properties;the frost resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete mainly made of sand was better than others;the main compositions of hydration products in three different types of autoclaved aerated concrete were Tobermorite,but crystalline phase morphology were different.
