摘要
研究目的:以杭州地铁2号线钱塘江盾构隧道为工程背景,利用MUIR WOOD公式法对其盾构隧道的管片结构进行受力分析。研究结论:(1)在10~29 m埋深时,Muir wood公式法和有限元法两种方法的计算结果随着隧道埋深的增加,量差百分比逐渐减小。尽管埋深在10 m范围内计算结果偏大,但仍能满足工程设计要求。(2)尽管Muirwood公式法计算出来的内力偏于保守,但是其计算过程简单,通用性强,计算结果能满足工程设计基本要求。特别是在设计工作前期,运用该方法对拟建隧道进行结构分析,可大大地节省设计时间,提高设计效率。
Research purposes:Based on the engineering background of Hangzhou' metro line 2 crossing under Qiantang River,MUIR WOOD formula method is used to analyze the forces of shield tunnel segments. Research conclusions:(1) When the buried depth is in the range from 10m to 29m,the calculation results show the percentage of the quantity difference between the methods of the MUIR WOOD Equation and finite element gradually decreases with the increase of the buried depth.Although the calculation result of the 10m range is over big,it still can meet the requirement of the engineering design.(2) The internal force obtained with the MUIR WOOD Equation is conservative,but the calculation result can meet the basic requirement of the engineering design with the features of simple calculation process and common use.Especially in the early stage of the design,using the MUIR WOOD Equation to analyze the structure of the tunnel to be built can save the design time notably and enhance the design efficiency.
