摘要
目的:探讨老年患者输血后精神障碍的相关因素。方法:分析8例老年患者输血后精神障碍的临床资料。结果:有多种因素可能与其发生有关,包括年龄、贫血、血细胞比容低、低蛋白血症、药物、大量输血、低氧血症、血源、酗酒等。结论:针对相关因素的综合预防及处理是老年患者输血后精神障碍重要的治疗策略。
Objective： Discuss the related factors of mental disorders of geriatrics after transfusion. Method： Analyze the clinical data of mental disorders of 8 geriatrics after transfusion. Result：There are various factors that might be related to the mental disorders of geriatrics after transfusion, including age, anemia, low hematocrit, hypoproteinemia, medicine, massive bloods transfusion, hypoxemia, blood source, alcoholism and so on. Conclusion： Comprehensive prevention and treatment according to the related factors are the important strategies of mental disorders of geriatrics after transfusion.
