摘要
对BG2327转子式刨花干燥机主轴进行了受力分析及疲劳强度校核,分析主轴疲劳破坏的因素;提出了提高主轴使用寿命的有效方法,并根据设计计算确定主轴尺寸。
This paper introduced the force analysis and fatigue strength analysis of the transmission shaft of BG2327 rotary drier;discussed the factors causing the failure of the transmission shaft;proposed the results-guaranteed approach for extending the service life,and the calculation methods for determining the shaft size.
