摘要 新疆油田八区克上组油藏已进入持续开发阶段,产能建设中对新井、新站及老井、老站进行了合理调整以保证新井及时顺利投产并控制投资。部分新井受施工条件限制采用搭桥方法以提高新井投产的时效性;新站计量工艺采用新型电动多通阀提高油气计量的自动化程度,大大降低了劳动强度。八区克上组油藏"注不进采不出"矛盾日益突出,地面工程设计将其作为重要考虑因素,采用新工艺技术——增压系统恒流配水计量工艺,布站方式简化掉配水间,单井注水管线直接与增压后的高压注水管线相连接,减少了管汇压损,能更好地在完成地层配注要求前提下实现节能降耗。 Reservoir of the Xinjiang oilfield in the eighth area has entered the stage of sustainable development, and makes reasonable adjustment for the new wells, the new station and the old wells, the old station in able to ensure successful production of new wells in time and control the investment. Some new wells limited by construction conditions select cross-bridge method to improve the timeliness of production; the measurement technique of new station selects new electric multi-orifice valve to improve automation about oil and gas measure and greatly reduce labor intensity. In addition, "no injection and no extraction" in the eighth area reservoir becomes increasingly prominent, it is an important consideration on surface engineering design. It uses new technology - pressurized constant flow water distribution system, and station distribution simplifies out with water distributing station. The single well injection line has directly connected with the high-handed injection line after the booster to reduce pressure loss passing manifold and to achieve better energy saving requirements under the premise of completing injection allocation.
