摘要
目的通过检测早产儿和足月儿脐血血脂水平,探讨血脂对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法根据胎龄和出生体质量分为2组:健康足月儿组,早产儿组;全自动生化分析仪检测脐血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果早产儿脐血LDL-C水平高于健康足月儿;脐血LDL-C与胎龄、出生体质量、身长、体质量指数(BMI)呈显著的负相关(r=-0.477,-0.493,-0.489,-0.479,P<0.01),与脐血TC、TG、HDL-C、性别无相关性(r=-0.009、0.152、-0.113、-0.084,P>0.05)。结论早产儿出生时高LDL-C可能是成人心血管疾病的高危因素之一。
Objective To test the cord blood lipid levels of newborn and its effect on fetal growth and develop ment. Methods They were divided into two groups according to birth weight and gestational age: normal full-term infants group, preterm infants group, and the levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) ,low density lipopro tein ehelesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein ehelesterol(HDL C) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The result of cord blood LDL-C levels of preterm infants was higher than that of normal full-term infants. The result of cord blood LDL-C had a significant negative correlation with the gestational age,birth weight, length,and BMI(r=-0. 477,-0. 493,-0. 489,-0. 479,P〈0.01),and no correlation with cord blood TC,TG, HDL-C,and gender(r =-0. 009,0. 152,-0. 113,-0. 084,P〉0.05). Conclusion Preterm infants of high LDL C may be a high risk for adult cardiovascular disease.
