摘要
钼酸盐缓蚀剂缓蚀性能好,低毒、无磷、无公害,不会引起微生物的繁殖,适用于高温、高pH值和高硬度水运行,是一种高效环保型缓蚀剂,但其价格较贵,单独使用所需剂量大,成本高,如何降低其用量成为热点问题。本研究通过动态失重法研究钼酸钠与硅酸盐、硼酸盐复配缓蚀剂对碳钢在50℃下盐水介质中的缓蚀情况,降低钼酸钠的用量,得到缓蚀效果较好的组合。分析钼酸钠与硅酸盐以及硼酸盐复配可能的机理,研究结果表明,在50℃盐水介质中,钼酸盐单组分时,缓蚀率随浓度的增大呈上升趋势;钼酸盐与硅酸盐二组分复配时,当钼酸盐浓度为60 mg.L-1,硅酸盐浓度在50 mg.L-1以上时取得很好的缓蚀效果;钼酸盐与硅酸盐、硼酸盐三组分复配时缓蚀效果比较好,当钼酸盐的浓度为40 mg.L-1时,与70 mg.L-1的硅酸钠、120 mg.L-1硼酸盐三组分复配时效果最好,缓蚀率达90%以上。
Sodium molybdate inhibitor had many advantages,such as little toxicity,innocuity and stability.It unlikely resulted in the growth of microorganisms.It was suitable for high temperature,high pH and high rigidity water environment.It was a sort of protective environmental inhibitor.But it was expensive to use.It was a hotspot how to reduce the dosage of sodium molybdate when the inhibitive effect was good.The method of the lost weight of steels in the flowing saltwater environment was used to study the inhibitive effect of molybdate inhibitor.It could be combined with a lot of materials,and had distinct effect.The inhibitive effect of molybdate inhibitor,combined with silicate or borate in saltwater environment at temperature 50℃ was studied.The possible inhibition mechanism was analyzed.When 60mg·L-1 molybdate inhibitor was combined with more than 50mg·L-1 silicate,the inhibitive effect was very good.When 40mg·L-1 molybdate inhibitor was combined with 70mg·L-1 silicate and 120mg·L-1 borate,the inhibitive effect was the best,the inhibitive rate was more than 90%.
