摘要
以烧结法为基础,制备了高纯度四碱式硫酸铅材料;利用XRD对四碱式硫酸铅产品成分进行分析检测,系统考察了反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间对产物中四碱式硫酸铅含量的影响;实验结果表明:以氧化铅为主要原料,同时在反应物料中加入少量硫酸铅,与硫酸反应后进行烧结,产物中四碱式硫酸铅含量最高,可以达到99%。
Based on sintering method,the high purity tetrabasic lead sulphate was prepared in this paper.And its purity was tested by XRD,and the reactant ratios,reaction temperature and reaction time were detected to indicate their influences on the purity of tetrabasic lead sulphate.The experiment results showed that,the optimum conditions of preparing high purity tetrabasic lead sulphate were mixing lead oxide with a part of lead sulfate and sintering the reactant after reacting with sulfuric acid,and the highest content of tetrabasic lead sulphate was 99%.
