摘要
目的探讨超声检查对脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法采用GE Voluson730 Expert及GE P5/A5超声诊断仪对2 484例脂肪肝患者超声图像进行分析。结果参加体检人数14 744例,检出脂肪肝2 484例,检出率16.85%,其中：男性1 944例,发病率为22.59%;女性540例,发病率为8.79%,男性发病率显著高于女性。〈40岁631例,检出率11.15%;40-55岁1 418例,检出率21.37%;〉55岁435例,检出率17.76%。脂肪肝患病率随着年龄增长呈上升趋势,且40-55岁年龄段比率更高。结论超声显像诊断,具有经济、迅速、准确性高、特异性强、无创伤等特点,是脂肪肝筛查的首选常规检查方法。
Objective To explore the ultrasound clinical value in diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods 2 484 cases of fatty liver ultrasonic images were analyzed by GE Voluson730 Expert and GE P5/A5 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.Results Participants experienced the number of 14 744 cases,2 484 cases of fatty liver,the detection rate of 16.85%.Among them males were 1 944 cases,the incidence rate was 22.59%;females were 540 cases,the incidence rate was 8.79%,the male incidence rate was significantly higher than females.Less than 40 years 631 cases,the detection rate was 11.15%;40 to 55 years 1 418 cases,the detection rate was 21.37%,over 55 years 435 cases,the detection rate was 17.76%,the incidence of fatty liver will be rising with age increasing,and mainly concentrated in the 40 to 55 years age.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of fatty liver should be economy,rapid,accurate,specific,non-invasive,thus it might become the preferred method for fatty liver.
