摘要
企业效能监察既是企业管理活动中的一个重要的监督环节,更是促进企业管理、提高企业效益切实有效的手段。只有建立强有力的效能监察领导机构,健全相关规章制度,整合企业内部的各种监督力量,充分调动各相关职能部门的积极性,建立起一个完善的、全方位的、全过程的效能监察领导体系、工作制度、操作规程和运行机制,才能确保其最大限度地发挥对企业发展的推动作用。
Efficiency monitoring is an important link in corporate management practices but also an effective measure to enhance management and economic benefits. Only a strong efficiency monitoring leadership and a series of full-- fledged and comprehensive working system, operation specifications and mechanics can bring all relevant departments into full play to make best of supervision to propel the development.
