摘要
TFT-LCD制造工艺中,目前多采用ODF(one drop filling)成盒方法。边框胶涂布是ODF方法中的关键技术,对于同一尺寸的产品而言,不同的涂布方式所需要的涂布时间不同,直接影响着产能。按照传统的"单个涂布"方式,产品尺寸越小,涂布笔数越多,涂布工艺时间越长,产能越低。因此,如何通过优化边框胶涂布方式来缩短小尺寸(3.5in以下)产品的涂布时间,成为了实际生产中面临的重要课题。我们开发了几种实用高效的边框胶"一笔连涂"方法,并比较了不同涂布方式下的产能差异,一笔连涂方式大大减少了涂布笔数,有效缩短了涂布时间。
ODF Process is adopted widely in TFT-LCD industry,in which sealant dispensing is one of the most important processes.Products with different size have different process time,which affects capability directly.In general,the smaller the product size,the longer process time and the lower production capacity.Therefore,how to optimize dispensing method is very important for reducing process time in small size production.Some efficient continuous dispensing methods are introduced in this paper.
