摘要
为了解决喷水推进系统噪音高、体积大、压头小、工艺复杂、效率低等问题,在分析了目前常用双螺杆泵转子型线的基础上,利用齿轮啮合原理,设计制造出一种对称的四齿双螺杆转子型线。该型线由长幅外摆线、短幅外摆线、渐开线和圆弧组成,呈对称分布。圆弧主要起削平摆线和渐开线之间过渡尖点的作用,能有效地提高转子的强度、耐磨性和密封性。对称的极少齿四齿结构和根切技术提高了流量,改善了工艺。以该转子型线为核心技术,制造出可用于喷水推进的新型对称双螺杆泵,并进行了初步试验验证。试验结果表明:设计出的转子型线不仅满足啮合原理的要求,还降低了噪音,缩小了体积,提高了流量、压头和效率,改善了制造工艺。
To solve the problems of water jet propulsion such as high noise,large volume,low pressure,complicated technique and low efficiency,a kind of rotor profiles in symmetry four-teeth twin-screw was designed based on the research on the current rotor profiles in symmetry twin-screw pump and the gear mesh principle.The profiles are composed of long cycloid,short cycloid,involute and arcs,with four-teeth in symmetry.The arcs function in weakening the point between the cycloid and involute,thus increasing the intensity,wearability and leak proofness of the rotor.The symmetry four-teeth twin-screw with root-cutting technology can increase flux and improve craft.With the profiles,a new symmetry twin-screw was manufactured,and the function of this pump was initially verified through test.The results indicate that the profiles designed satisfy the requirement of the meshing principle and have the features such as low noise,small volume,large flux,high pressure,high efficiency and good craft.
