轴棒法编织三维四向C/C复合材料压缩及弯曲性能 被引量:6

摘要 通过对轴棒法编织三维四向C/C复合材料进行压缩、弯曲实验,观测了材料在不同载荷下的应力-应变曲线以及压缩性能和弯曲性能数据,采用扫描电镜对断面形貌进行分析,并研究了材料的破坏机理。结果表明,轴棒法编织三维四向C/C复合材料具有良好的力学性能,编织结构对复合材料性能有较大影响,材料的轴向压缩强度大于径向,但轴向弯曲性能低于径向;材料的压缩破坏均以压溃的形式破坏,具有韧性断裂的特征,弯曲破坏表现为剪切破坏或分层破坏,并伴随有少量纤维拔出。 The stress-strain curves and principal mechanical properties of the carbon/carbon composite reinforced by carbon fiber and axial carbon rod mix weaved 4D were obtained by means of the compression and bending experiments.The fracture micrographs of the material were studied by SEM,and the failure mechanisms of the material were analyzed.The results show that the 4D carbon/carbon composites have favorable mechanical properties,and the braid structures have a great influence on it.The axial compression properties of the material are excelled over radial ones,but radial bending properties are superior to radial ones.The compression specimens are crushed with toughness fracture character.The bending ones are destroyed by shear stress or delamination,and some fibers are drew from matrix.
