ReSTOR+3D与+4D多焦点人工晶状体植入术后视功能的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较双眼行超声乳化白内障吸除联合植入+3D ReSTOR或+4D ReSTOR多焦点人工晶状体(MIOL)术后的视觉质量。方法:前瞻性非随机对照研究。收集双眼年龄相关性白内障50例(100眼),行超声乳化术,25例(50眼)植入+3D ReSTOR(SN6AD1),25例(50眼)植入+4D ReSTOR(SN6AD3),于术后6月测量其裸眼远、中及近视力,最佳矫正远、中及近视力,焦点深度,对比敏感度,并通过问卷调查的方式评价患者术后各种不良视觉症状的发生率、脱镜情况及患者对全程视力的满意度。结果:植入+3D ReSTOR患者的中距离视力高于植入+4D ReSTOR组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,而远、近视力差异无统计学意义。在调查问卷中,两组视觉不良症状的发生率、脱镜情况、视远、中及近的满意度差异无统计学意义。结论:两种不同近附加度数的ReSTOR MIOL植入术后均可获得良好的远近视力及较高的患者满意度,低度数附加的ReSTOR MIOL具有更为理想的全程视力。 Objective: To evaluate functional outcomes after bilateral implantation of ReSTOR Aspheric multifocal introcular lenses with a+3 or+4 diopter addition power.Methods: 50 patients with bilateral cataract were collected and observed by prosbective nonrandom method.Of the 50 patients,25 were in the +3D group which were implanted bilaterally with AcrySof IQ ReSTOR SN6AD1 IOL with a +3D add power,and 25 were in the +4D group which were implanted bilaterally with AcrySof IQ ReSTOR SN6AD3 IOL with a +4D add power.The follow-up period was 6 months.Overall visual acuity,contrast sensitivity,defocus testing,patient-reported outcomes were assessed.Results: Binocular intermediate visual acuity was statistically significantly better in the +3.0 D group than that in the +4.0 D group(P0.05);there was no difference in binocular near or distance visual acuity.There were no statistically significant differences in contrast sensitivity and visual disturbances between the 2 groups.Patients in both groups reported excellent overall spectacle independence,and satisfaction with the IOLs.Conclusion: Intermediate vision is better of the aspheric IOL with a +3.0 D add than of the aspheric IOL with a +4.0 D add;near and distance acuity are similar between the 2 IOLs.Patients report excellent overall quality of vision,spectacle independence,and satisfaction.
