摘要
智能化是下一代物流系统的发展方向,而物流作业系统和物流信息系统的协调一致是实现物流系统智能化的关键。信息物理融合系统(Cyber Physical System,简写为CPS)是一个深度融合信息要素和物理要素的复杂系统,利用计算(Computation)、通信(Communication)和控制(Control)等技术的有机结合与深度协作,实现对大规模互联物理系统的实时监视、仿真、分析和控制,被视为未来工业系统的基础。本文在已有物流系统的基础上,结合CPS的特点,提出构建物流CPS作为下一代物流系统的基本架构。本文首先介绍CPS的基本概念,然后提出了物流CPS的体系结构和关键技术,最后从物流CPS的建模方法、海量信息采集技术、优化方法、控制技术和标准化等方面讨论了今后物流CPS研究中所面对的主要挑战。
To implement more intelligent next-generation logistics system,the seamless integration and coordination of physical logistics system and its information system are crucial.Cyber physical system(CPS) is a highly complex system that deeply integrates the physical and computing resources.By employing state-of-the-art computing,communication and control technologies,CPS can monitor,simulate,analyze and control large-scale inter-connected physical systems.CPS is therefore regarded as the basis of future industrial systems.In this paper,based on the characteristics of existing logistics system and CPS,the novel concept of cyber physical logistics system(CPLS) is proposed.The fundamental concept of CPS is firstly introduced.The architecture and key technology of CPLS are then discussed.The major challenges of CPLS research are finally discussed in details,from the aspects of system modelling,large-scale information acquisition,optimization,control and standardisation.
