摘要
本文报导三种稀土氧化物(Er_2O_3、Ho_2O_3和Dy_2O_3)在可见和近红外区的光声光谱,及其混合物中各组分含量的光声测定。实验结果表明,光声谱术可对粉末样品作出快速的定量分析。
In this paper, the photoacoustic spectra in visible and near IR Spectral region for three rare earths oxide powders (Er_2O_3、Ho_2O_3 and Dy_2O_3) are reported and the photoacoustic determinations of the amount of the individual Constituents in their mixture are presented. The experimental results shown that the quantitative analysis of the powder sample can be quickly made by photoacoustic spectroscopy.
