摘要
为了解决项目用地与生态用地在应用中对立统一的矛盾问题,本文通过把严格执行土地利用总体规划,增加生态用地面积,促进生态用地的连片发展及上项目要坚持节能减排的新观念应用到土地利用中去,让项目生产的废弃料变成生态用地的肥料,兼顾项目用地与生态用地的共同发展。解决项目用地与生态用地之间难以平衡的问题,使项目效益与生态效益的相互促进,相得益彰。最终达到土地利用可持续发展的作用。
In order to deal with the contradiction of unity and opposites between project land and ecological land in practical application, measures were taken to change waste of projects into fertilizer of ecological land and to achieve balanced development of the project land and ecological land by strictly carrying out master plan of land application, increasing area of ecological land, promoting joint development of ecological lands and insisting on saving energy and reducing pollutant emission.Hence, the balance between project land and ecology land can be reached, mutual promotion can be realized between project benefit and ecological benefit, and the sustainable development of land application can be fulfilled in the end.
