摘要
以Ａｌ２Ｏ３·６Ｈ２Ｏ和ＮａＯＨ为原料，采用化学沉淀法制备出Ａｌ（ＯＨ）３纳米粉末．利用ＴＥＭ和Ｘ－ｒａｙ衍射分析了样品的形貌、粒度和物相，通过ＴＧＡ和ＤＴＡ试验讨论了热处理过程中的相变过程。
Al(OH) 3 nanocrystalline powder are prepared by chemical-precipitation method from Al 2O
3·6H 2O and NaOH.TEM and X-ray diffraction show the shape,grain size and different
phases.We discuss the phase thansformation process by DTA and TGA experiment,and study the
relation of different phase transformation structure of Al 2O 3 and heat treatment tempreture.
