摘要
以Al2O3·6H2O和NaOH为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备出Al(OH)3纳米粉末.利用TEM和X-ray衍射分析了样品的形貌、粒度和物相,通过TGA和DTA试验讨论了热处理过程中的相变过程。
Al(OH) 3 nanocrystalline powder are prepared by chemical-precipitation method from Al 2O
3·6H 2O and NaOH.TEM and X-ray diffraction show the shape,grain size and different
phases.We discuss the phase thansformation process by DTA and TGA experiment,and study the
relation of different phase transformation structure of Al 2O 3 and heat treatment tempreture.
