可持续发展生态观下高职师资流失的问题与对策

摘要 高职师资流失造成了高职教育生态系统的资源浪费,加剧了高职师资队伍结构的失衡,影响了高职教育质量的提高,阻碍了中长期发展规划中相关目标的顺利实现。为此,需要运用生态学和现代系统动力学原理,合理地耦合和系统地搭配自然、经济、社会、精神四种作用力,确保高职师资的稳定和增长,促进高职教育的可持续发展。 Teacher resource drain in higher vocational education(hereafter as HVE) has caused resources loss of HVE ecological system, aggravated the structure imbalance of HVE teaching staff, obstructed HVE quality improvement, even restricted the relevant goals in National Reform and Development of Me- dium and Long-term Planning Programs to smoothly realize. Therefore, to solve these issues preferably, we must employ the theory of modern system dynamics based on ecological perspective to coordinate the four acting force of nature, economy, society and spirit reasonably and systematically, so as to ensure HVE teacher resource to stabilize and increase, and promote HVE for sustainable development.
