围术期血液保护(容量治疗)技术对冠脉不停跳搭桥术病人生命体症影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨血液保护及液体管理是心脏外科围术期管理的重要组成部分,充足的体液容量是保证有效心排量和组织灌注的关键环节[1]。在围术期液体治疗观念的转变过程中,胶体液和晶体液选择争论一直是麻醉医师和重症监护医师的关注焦点。胶体液大分子的改进,正在努力消除对胶体液可能给病人带来的凝血功能紊乱和肾脏功能不全等副作用,而进一步加强其快速、稳定、安全的扩容效果,成为液体复苏过程中的更佳选择。
