摘要
本文采用实证研究的方法,探讨了内隐学习理论对高校体育院系背向滑步推铅球教学效果的影响。结果表明:以内隐学习理论指导教学,其效果优于传统的常规教学法,学生对所学的技术动作有更深地理解和体会,能更准确地掌握背向滑步推铅球技术动作的重点和难点,并能较快地形成背向滑步推铅球的技术和技能,有助于提高教学效果。
This article uses the empirical research methods to investigate the influence of implicit learning theory to the teaching effect in back-ward shot-Put of the physical education department of higher education.The result indicated that using the implicit learning theory to direct the teaching the effect is better than traditional teaching method.The students could have deeply understanding and experience in technical movement which they had learned.They could grasp the emphasis and difficult point of technical movement of back-ward shot-Put more accurately and form the skill and technology of back-ward shot-Put quickly.It is helpful in enhances the teaching effect.
