摘要
目的:观察神效栝蒌散联合化疗方案在晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效和毒性反应。方法:64例晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组接受TA化疗方案;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服神效栝蒌散每21天为1个疗程,共行2个疗程。结果:从总临床客观缓解率和主要不良反应上看治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:神效栝蒌散联合西药化疗方案对晚期乳腺癌患者而言是一个很好的治疗方案。
Objective ： To evaluate the efieacy and toxicity of Magical power of trichosanthes plus TA chemotherapy in advanced breast cancer （ABC）. Methods：Sixty-four patients with ABC were randomly divided to treatment group and control group. Control group （ 32 cases ） to receive the TA chemotherapy ; Treatment group receive the TA chemotherapy and Magical power of trichosanthes. Results ： From the clinical eficacy and toxicity the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusions ： Combination of the Magical power of trichosanthes and chemotherapy is a good treatment in advanced breast cancer.
