摘要
首先概括了化学品事故类型,然后,就化学品事故对人群健康的影响,从多个层面进行了系统性、全面性的论述;在此基础上,结合环境应急救援的理论方法,指明了化学品事故处理的序列环节及应急策略。研究表明,深入探讨化学品事故的环境应急救援技术策略研究,对做好人群健康工作具有较好的现实意义,同时也有助于完善、丰富化学品事故应急处置的理论内涵。
This paper first outlines the types of chemical accidents,and then introduces the influences of chemical accidents on human health from multiple levels systematically and comprehensively.On this basis and combined with the theory of environment rescue methods,this study concludes the sequence and emergency strategy of chemical accidents.Studies show that in-depth research on environment emergency strategy of chemical accidents have significant practical meaning to human health,while also helps to perfect and rich chemical emergency disposal theories.
