自然流产患者血硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平变化 被引量:1

The changes of blood selenium and glutathione peroxidases in women with spontaneous abortion

摘要 目的对自然流产妇女血硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平变化进行研究。方法分别检测30例自然流产妇女、30例健康妊娠妇女和30例未妊娠妇女的血浆硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及红细胞谷胱甘肽水平,并进行比较和统计。结果自然流产组妇女血浆硒水平与健康妊娠组差异无统计学意义,但比未妊娠组显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与健康妊娠组和未妊娠组比较,自然流产组妇女血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著性降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而其红细胞谷胱甘肽水平则显著性增高,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的降低可能在自然流产发生中扮演了重要角色,但尚无定论,仍需进一步探讨。 Objective To investigate the changes of blood selenium level and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-P: activity in women with spontaneous abortion. Methods Plasma selenium,glutathione peroxidase activity and glut thione(GSH) levels were measured in 30 women with spontaneous abortion,and the results were compared to those in women with normal pregnancy and of nonpregnant women. Results The concentration of plasma selenium women with spontaneous abortion was the same as that of normal pregnancies,but were significantly lower than th of nonpregnant women(P〈0.01). The activity of plasma GSH-Px in women with spontaneous abortion was significandy lower than that of normal pregnancies and the nonpregnant group(P〈0.01). The GSH level was significant higher in women with spontaneous abortion than that of normal pregnancies and nonpregnant women(P〈0. 01 Conclusion The decreased activity of GSH-Px may play an important role in the spontaneous abortion, but it has st not been determined and need to be further explored.
