摘要
回顾与分析文献,总结药物相关问题涉及的各相关层面。分析药物相关问题带来的治疗成本增加以揭示药学干预的必要性及其带来的经济效益与价值。药物相关问题在各国的发生率均处于较高水平并增加了直接与间接的医疗成本。大多数药物相关问题是可以被识别并预防的,对药物相关问题的防范与干预会节省大量社会成本与资源并产生健康效益与效用。中国应尽快建立健全完善的相关监控系统,提高医药卫生系统乃至整个社会对药物相关问题的重视,改善医药卫生服务的整体质量和水平,保证人民的用药安全、有效与经济。
To reveal the necessity and economic benefit as well as the value of pharmaceutical intervention by analyzing the increase of treatment-cost brought by drug-related problems,we conclude the researches about drug-related problems by literature review and analysis.The incidence of drug-related problems is relatively high and thereby increases both the direct and the indirect medical cost.The majority of pharmaceutical intervention can be identified and prevented.The prevention and pharmaceutical intervention of DRPs will save huge societal costs and produce health outcomes and utility.China should build up and improve the relevant monitoring system,help pharmaceutical and medical industry,and even the whole society to pay more attention to DRPs,and improve the overall quality and level of health-care service,in order to ensure the safety,effectiveness and economy of medications.
