摘要
建筑施工企业作为劳动密集型企业,其施工操作都是由临时劳务工来完成的,建筑施工企业或授权的项目管理层与劳务操作层之间的沟通直接影响着项目的进展。文章分析了存在问题,提出了对策。
Achitecture enterprises,necessarily labor intensive,usually employ many temporary workers.It is vital to set up a good understanding in communication between commpanies or authorised project managemet and temporary employees,otherwise,the development of the project will be directly affected.This paper analyzes the existing problem,and put forward countermeasures.
