风化破碎类花岗岩应用于路面基层性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为合理分析风化破碎类花岗岩应用于高速公路路面基层的路用性能,根据郑州至石人山高速公路工程建设实际,通过原状风化料的筛分、击实试验以及三种水泥配比的击实试验、无侧限抗压试验、劈裂试验,得出水泥稳定类花岗岩风化料能够满足高等级公路底基层的强度要求,水泥掺量以4%~5%为宜,并以5%为优的结论;为有效解决路面基层干缩裂缝,通过干缩试验,对水泥稳定风化岩在不同水泥用量(4%、5%、6%)下的干缩特性进行了试验研究,分析了干缩应变和干缩系数等参数的变化规律,得出水泥用量为5%的水泥稳定风化岩混合料单位失水率的干缩系数变化较小,整体变化趋势稳定,没有大的突变,具有较好的干缩性能。研究为水泥稳定风化岩在高等级公路沥青路面的基层或底基层中的应用提供一些基础资料并起到一定的借鉴作用。 In order to rationally analyze the road performances of weathered broken granite used in expressway pavement,based on the experience of Zhengzhou-Shirenshan Expressway project as well as a few experiments,including the screening,compaction tests of undisturbed weathered rock,the compaction tests of three different cement proportions,the unconfined compressive tests and split tests,the conclusions could be drawn that the cement mixing content of cement-stabilized weathered granite should be controlled in 4%~5% to satisfy the strength requirement of the subbase of high-grade highways.Moreover,the cement mixing content of 5% is better.In order to effectively solve the desiccation cracks of expressway pavement,the dry shrinkage performances of cement-stabilized weathered gravels with different cement contents(4%、5%、6%) are tested.And subsequently,the change laws of dry shrinkage strain,dry shrinkage coefficient and other parameters are obtained.Generally speaking,it can be said that the cement-stabilized weathered granite with the cement content of 5% has a less water loss rate per unit and a steady whole change trend for the better dry shrinkage property.All these researches as mentioned above could supply some basic data and references for the application of the cement-stabilized weathered gravels on the base or subbase of high-grade highways.
