摘要
随着我国初等教育的普及化、高等教育的大众化和人才需求的多样化,如何科学合理地评价地方院校师范类人才培养质量显得至关重要。坚持以科学性、地方性、师范性和导向性为原则,以师范类教育教学活动为主线,从教育目的、教育过程、教育结果和教育发展趋势等方面,对地方院校师范类人才培养质量进行分类评价,从而达到进一步提高地方院校师范类人才培养质量,推动地方经济社会发展的目的。
With the universalness of elementary education,the popularization of higher education and the diversification of the demand for qualified personnel,the reasonable evaluation of the qualified personnel training quality of local normal colleges and universities is becoming crucial.By sticking to the principles based on scientific,local,pedagogic and orientation features and by concentrating on education activities in normal universities from the dimensions of education objectives,education processes,education outcomes and education development trend,etc.,adopting classification evaluation for the quality of qualified personnel training of local normal schools will reach the purposes of achieving further improvement of the qualified personnel training quality of local normal schools and promoting the local economic and social development
