胆管周围孤立性纤维瘤一例及文献复习

摘要孤立性纤维瘤（solitary fibrous tumor，SFT）是一种少见的梭形细胞软组织肿瘤，1931年由Klemperer和Rabin最初报道发生在胸膜［1］。随后的报道表明，SFT可以发生于全身多个部位。我院近期收治1例胆管周围孤立性纤维瘤，现报道如下。
