摘要
目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年9月-2010年9月间行CT检查并经手术证实的腰椎间盘突出症178例。结果:腰椎间盘突出症以L4-5和L5-S1为好发部位,其CT表现主要为向后方或侧方突入椎管内前缘的软组织影、硬膜囊受压。结论:CT对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective： To study the image performance of lumbar disc herniation.Methods： From September 2005 to September 2010,178 patients with lumbar disc herniation were admitted to our hospital.Computed tomography（CT） was performed and image performance was analyzed in all the patients.Results： In this group,L4～5 and L5～S1 were the common lesions of lumbar disc herniation.CT showed the soft shadow in the spinal canal and dural sac compression signs clearly.Conclusions： CT has a great diagnostic value for lumbar disc herniation.
