摘要
针对高校影视表演专业学生职业道德教育缺失以及方法滞后的问题,本文深入剖析了以人为本指导下的职业道德与职业技能之间的辩证关系,从演员职业的特殊性出发,论述了加强以人为本职业道德教育的现实意义,并从实践的角度总结了开展职业道德教育的有效措施。
In the film and television acting major,there exist the problems of lacking of professional ethics education and having no correct method.In order to solve them,this article analyses the relationship between professional ethics and professional skills.From the particularity of the actor career,the essay describes the practical significance of strengthening people-oriented ethics education,and summarizes the effective measures.
