摘要
高校学生干部是沟通学校与学生的纽带和桥梁,是学生中的精英群体。由于受历史和社会各种消极因素的影响与渗透,高校学生干部官僚化倾向日趋严重。文章在剖析高校学生干部官僚化成因、危害基础上,从加强学生干部政治思想道德素质建设、健全学生干部选拔、考核与监督制度、净化高校风气,为学生干部发展营造氛围三方面提出解决高校学生干部官僚化倾向对策。
College -student leaders are the bridges that link colleges with students. They are the elites among the students. Due to the influence of various negative factors from the history and the society, bureau- cratization of student leaders is rising. This paper analyzes the causes and adverse effects of college - student leaders＇ bureaucratization, and proposes some countermeasures. In terms of strengthening the construction of political morality standards, improving the selection, evaluation, and supervision of student leaders, along with purifying the general mood of colleges, the authors propose a favorable environment for student leaders＇ development.
