摘要
根据获取技术创新资金的三种不同渠道,构建状态空间模型并就这三种渠道获取的资金对我国技术创新的影响进行了比较分析。就同期影响而言,企业自筹资金对于技术创新的影响弹性最大,银行中介获取的贷款对技术创新的弹性次之,政府财政拨款对技术创新的影响弹性最小。从滞后影响来看,不同资金对于技术创新的影响效果的次序刚好相反。此外,我们还发现,人力资本投入对于技术创新的弹性要大于货币资本投入的产出弹性。
This paper reveals three different investment and financing channels for technological innovation and uses the state space model to make comparative analysis on the output elasticity of different funds on technological innovations.In the corresponding period,the output elasticity of self-raising funds by the enterprise is higher than the output elasticity of loan from financial institutions,which in turn is higher than the government's funds in term of the out put elasticity.However,the order of the delayed output elasticity of the funds is just reversed.In addition,this paper also finds that the output elasticity of human capital for technological innovation is greater than that of the capital.At last,this article points out the implication of the above results.
