摘要
在聚砜基膜上用界面聚合法制备了两种复合型纳滤膜 P A01 和 P A02 。在03 M Pa 下, P A01 膜对 Mg S O4溶液(20 g· L- 1 ) 和 Fe Cl3 溶液(10 g· L- 1 ) 的脱盐率分别为960 % 和780 % , 水通量分别85 ( L·m - 2 ·h - 1 ) 和78 ( L·m - 2 ·h - 1 ) ; P A02 膜对 Mg S O4 溶液(20 g· L- 1 ) 和 Ca Cl2 溶液(05 g· L- 1 ) 的脱盐率分别为980 % 和888 % , 水通量分别为10 ( L·m - 2·h - 1 ) 和12 ( L·m - 2 ·h - 1) ; P A01 和 P A02 膜对本校地下水的脱盐率分别为840 % 和924 % , 水通量分别为78 ( L·m - 2 ·h - 1 ) 和12 ( L·m - 2 ·h - 1 ) 。结果表明, 所制得的复合型纳滤膜在低压下具有高的脱盐率和水通量, 可用在水质的软化、多价离子的分离和饮用水的深度净化等方面。还采用扫描电子显微镜( S E M)
Two kinds of thin film composite nanofiltration membranes, PA01 and PA02, were prepared by interfacial polymerization on polysulfone porous support membrane. The salt rejection and flux of two salt solutions (2 0?g·L -1 MgSO 4 and 1 0?g·L -1 FeCl 3) were 96 0% and 8 5?L·m -2 ·h -1 , 78 0% and 7 7?L·m -2 ·h -1 ,respectively, for PA01 membrane; and that of two salt solutions(2 0?g·L -1 MgSO 4 and 0 5?g·L -1 CaCl 2) were 98 0% and 1 0?L·m -2 ·h -1 ,88 8% and 1 2?L·m -2 ·h -1 , respectively, for PA02 membrane under the operation pressure of 0 3?MPa. The salt rejection and flux of the underground water with the conductivity of 1 25?mΩ -1 ·cm -1 were 84 6% and 7 8?L·m -2 ·h -1 ,92 4% and 1 2?L·m -2 ·h -1 ,respectively, for PA01 and PA02 membranes. The experiment results show that the two kinds of manofiltration membranes have high salt rejection and flux under ultralow pressure, and can be used in the softening of underground water, the separation of polyvalent ions and the deep purification of potable water, etc. The morphology and affinity of these membranes were characterized by SEM and contact angle instrument.
