摘要
通过对全钢子午线轮胎的胎体帘线胶配方中硫化体系变量进行配合实验,采用试验法考察间接法ZnO、硫磺和促进剂对橡胶物理机械性能以及橡胶和钢丝帘线的粘合性能的影响,具体分析了其差异以及产生的原因,并找出了优化的配方工艺条件。
Through mixing experiment on curing system variable in carcass compound formulations of all steel cord radial tire,investigates the effects on mechanical properties of compound and adhesion properties of compound and steel cord for indirect method ZnO,sulfur and accelerator by experiments,Detailed analyses the differences and the causes and identifies the optimal formulation conditions.
