摘要
目的:探讨高龄前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术的围手术期健康教育的方法及效果。方法:将本科687例高龄前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术患者进行健康教育。结果:通过对高龄前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术患者的健康教育,使患者牢固掌握术前、术后的健康教育知识,是疗效满意的保证。结论:健康教育对高龄前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术患者的手术成功和康复有重要的意义,是正确预防并发症,确保患者顺利度过围手术期的重要保证。
Objective：To probe into the effect and method of health education to the senile patients in perioperative period with transurethral resection of the prostates.Methods：687 senile patients in perioperative period with transurethral resection of the prostates received health education.Results：The patients understood the knowledge of health education took great effects on their recovery.Conclusions：Health education had great significance for the success of operation and patients＇ recovery,it also helped patients to pass perioperative period smoothly and prevent from complication.
