摘要 电机参数的在线辨识补偿与控制器的设计是提高矢量控制系统性能的关键。基于多新息最小二乘法设计了感应电机参数辨识器,利用定子电压、定子电流和转速,估算出感应电机的转子时间常数和定子电阻;针对传统PI调节器的饱和现象,利用Anti-Windup技术设计了速度控制器,通过引入反计算系数减小积分饱和对系统的影响,从而改善系统的动、静态性能。基于Matlab的仿真结果证明了所设计的多新息最小二乘参数估计器和Anti-Windup速度控制器的有效性。 To improve the performance of induction motor vector control system,parameters estimation on line and speed controller frame are very important.A novel parameters estimation based on the multiple innovation least squares is proposed,the rotor time constant and the stator resistance of induction motor can be estimated from the stator currents,stator voltages and speed.To further improve the static and dynamic system performance,a speed controller is designed by using Anti-Windup technology,a back-calculation gain is used to reduce the integrator windup effect.The simulation results based on Matlab proves the efficiency of the rotor time constant,stator resistance estimation based on multiple innovation least squares method and Anti-Windup speed controller.
