艾滋病同伴教育对校外青少年的预防效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价在校外青少年中开展预防艾滋病同伴教育的效果。方法持续开展校外青少年预防艾滋病同伴教育活动,在实施前后分别进行艾滋病防治、防治资源利用及危险行为和态度等相关内容问卷调查,从而评价同伴教育效果。结果通过开展预防艾滋病同伴教育,使参与活动的校外青少年艾滋病防治相关知识水平、服务知晓情况及行为意识均有明显提高,艾滋病知识知晓率从实施前的14.3%提高到37.9%,增长了23.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.17,P<0.05);传播途径知晓率从实施前的39.3%提高到78.6%,增长了39.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.63,P<0.05);实施前有56.3%(79/140)实施后有85.0%(119/140)的人愿意与艾滋病感染者一起工作,经比较有统计学意义(χ2=15.937,P<0.05)。结论在校外青少年人群中开展预防艾滋病同伴教育是行之有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the effects of peer education activities on HIV/AIDS prevention among out-of-school teenager.Methods Ongoing school youth peer education activities carried out,and the relevant information about HIV/AIDS acknowledge、adoptive of health recourse and relative high actions before and after activities were collected to evaluate intervention effects.Results After peer education activities young’s knowledge of HIV/AIDS,service knowledge and behavioral awareness of the situation had significantly progressed,.Young’s knowledge about HIV/AIDS before and after the activities have increased from 14.3% to 37.9%(χ2= 20.17,P〈0.05);Awareness of transmission had increased from 39.3% to 78.6%(χ2= 44.63,P〈0.05).About 56.3%(79/140)before action and 85.0%(119/140)after action people would stay with HIV/AIDS cases.Conclusion Carrying out peer education activities among out-of-school teenager is an effective way.
