摘要 为了降低颜色测量仪的成本并提高可操作性,文章设计了一种嵌入式无线颜色采集系统的实现方法。硬件电路以MTCSiCS为颜色传感器,C8051F041单片机为控制核心,扩展蓝牙模块电路,实现颜色CIE XYZ三刺激值的遥控采集和无线传输;软件系统采用基于时间片的多任务轮询机制,保证系统快速、稳定而实时运行。针对大屏幕显示系统颜色采集的应用,对该系统进行了大量实验,表明该系统具有很好的稳定性和重复性,测量精度高。 In order to reduce the product cost and improve the operability of color measuring instrument,a method of realizing an embedded wireless color acquisition system is designed in this paper.In hardware circuit,it makes use of MTCSiCS as the color sensor and C8051F041 MCU as the control core,extends Bluetooth module circuit,easily achieves the goal of remotely measuring and wireless transmitting color CIE XYZ tri-stimulus values.In software,it adopts time-based multitask polling mechanism to assure the system run quickly,steadily and real-time.In application of color acquisition of large screen display system,a lot of experiments are completed.It shows that this system has a good stability,repeatability,and high measurement accuracy.
