摘要
本工作采用溶剂萃取分离法及石墨炉原子吸收测定法,建立了分离Pd-Pt-Ir及Pd-Rh-Ir的方法,分析测定了掺Pd-Pt、Pd-Pt-Ir及Pd-Rh-Ir的硅样品中铂族元素在硅中的纵向分布。仪器与试剂PE5000原子吸收光谱仪,HGA-500高温石墨炉;PE热解石墨管;PRS-10打印机;PE型微量自动电子天平。
This article has systematically investigated extraction of platinum-metals with H_2Dz-CCl_4 and DPTU-CHCl_3-CH_3COCH_3 and established methods of separating mixture solution of Pd-Pt-Ir or Pd-Rh-Ir in HCl media.The concentrations of Pd, Pt and Rh in organic phase and Ir in SnCl_2 have been determined by a PerkinElmer model 5000 atomic absorption spectrometer equipped with a HGA-500. The profile distributions of platimum-metals in silicon doped with Pd-Pt, Pd-Rh-Ir or Pd-Pt-Ir have been determined.
