摘要
为改善某特种装备前滑板的抗撞击性能,本文采用了有限元软件ABAQUS作为非线性动力学仿真分析的工具,以撞击速度为变量,调用显式分析模块ABAQUS/Explieit,分别模拟计算了由铝合金、高强度钢及特种工程塑料制成的前滑板因撞击而引起的应力及变形情况,得到了各种材料的撞击速度与其最大Mises应力的关系,并对材料达到屈服应力时的撞击速度进行了对比分析,最后给出了某特种装备前滑板的抗撞设计方案。
In order to improve impact resistant performance of a special equipment forward slip plate,this paper adopted a finite element software called ABAQUS to analyze the nonlinear dynamic simulation,regarded the impact velocity as the variable,and ABAQUS/Expticit was invoked to carry out the numerical simulation of the changes of stress and deformation caused by the impact on the forward slip plate made by Aluminium alloy、high strength steel and special engineering plastic,got the relationship between various materials impact velocity and its maximum Mises stress,and made a comparative analysis of various materials impact velocity when reached the yield stress,and then worked out the impact resistant design of equipment forward slip plate.
