岸边集装箱起重机虚拟样机参数化建模技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用ADAMS提供的建模工具,充分利用其参数化建模功能,建立了岸边集装箱起重机的参数化几何模型,并对其进行虚拟样机仿真试验分析,验证了此方法的正确性。此方法只需修改相关参数便可对一系列相同类型的岸桥进行动力学分析,优化设计参数,大大提高设计效率。 With the modeling tools provided by the ADAMS,fully using the parametric modeling functions,the paper establishes the quayside container cranes parametric geometry model,and carries out the virtual prototype simulation analysis,to verify the correctness of this method.With this method,dynamics analysis can be performed to a series of quayside container gantry crane of the same type only by the modification of the relevant parameters,optimizing the design parameters,and greatly improving the design efficiency.
