摘要
介绍了20 000 t桥式起重机及双梁多吊点吊装方式,通过在吊装过程中的实际应力测试,分析了起重机在吊装过程中,吊装延伸板与被吊结构物的应力分布,并将应力测试结果与有限元分析结果进行了对比,进而为重型吊装工艺设计和吊装强度分析工作提出了几点建议。
The paper introduces 20 000 t bridge crane and the twin-beam multiple-point hoisting mode.Through actual stress test during hoisting,it analyzes the stress distribution of extension plate and hoisted structure during hoisting and compares the result of stress test and that of finite element analysis,to provide several suggestions on heavy hoisting process design and hoisting strength analysis.
